Communication formatting
Oral communications format
Oral communications will be allocated in 90 minutes sessions. The presenting author will have 15 minutes to expose their study, in English or Spanish. Presentation will be followed by 5 minutes of questions and answers moderated by the session chairperson.
Authors of abstracts selected for Oral communication by the Scientific Committee must upload their presentation in a PowerPoint file at least one week before the starting date of the meeting, through the Congress webpage. The instructions will be published in the Congress Webpage.
Poster communications format
Poster communications will be display in digital screens. A searchable repository will be available for consultation during the entire meeting. During the poster sessions, one of the authors must be present to discuss their study with other presenters in the same topic. A session chairperson will moderate the session.
Posters can be written in English or Spanish. They must be 120 cm high x 90 cm wide. Fonts must be at least 24 points throughout all the sections in the poster to ensure readability. Arial font is recommended.
Authors of abstracts selected for Poster Communication by the Scientific Committee must upload their posters in PowerPoint file (.ppt or .pptx) at least two weeks before the starting date of the meeting, through the Congress webpage.
Poster file must contain only a slide. PowerPoint effects, animations or videos are not admitted in the poster.
However, authors could upload through the Congress webpage a complementary video file with a maximal duration of 3 minutes in a standard format. On the screen there will be a button to watch this video including additional explanations.
